The Zenith Nakiri Knife 15cm is a lightweight, ultra-sharp ceramic knife designed specifically for slicing, dicing, and chopping fruits and vegetables with precision. Its traditional Nakiri-style blade provides excellent control and efficiency, making it ideal for everyday vegetable preparation. The high-quality zirconium oxide ceramic blade is exceptionally sharp, resistant to rust and stains, and retains its edge longer than conventional steel knives.

The ergonomic soft-touch handle offers a comfortable and secure grip, while the stylish patterned blade adds a modern look to the kitchen. Unlike metal blades, the ceramic blade helps preserve the freshness and appearance of fruits and vegetables by reducing oxidation during cutting. A protective blade cover is included for safe storage.

Care Instructions

  • High-quality kitchen knives should always be washed by hand to maintain the blade’s sharpness in the long term. Washing them in the dishwasher can damage the cutting edge and corrode the delicate steel due to high temperatures, harsh detergents and mechanical stress. This causes the knife to lose its sharpness and quality more quickly.
  • Clean your kitchen knives immediately after use with warm water, a mild washing-up liquid and a soft sponge. They should then be dried thoroughly to prevent water marks and potential corrosion. Please do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool, as these can damage the surface of the blade.
  • Gentle hand washing and safe storage – for example, in a knife block or on a magnetic strip – contribute significantly to the longevity, cutting performance and quality of your kitchen knives.
