Payment

The ff. modes of payment are accepted in this online store:

Delivery

Shipping fees may vary with items purchased. Delivery schedules will run during business days (Mondays to Fridays), unless otherwise specified. As of writing, Garden Barn, Inc. Housewares only serves orders within Metro Manila. The company reserves the right to cancel the order if the address is beyond Metro Manila. For orders outside of Metro Manila, message Garden Barn, Inc. Housewares - Retail on Facebook.

A Garden Barn, Inc. Housewares Logistics Delivery Team member or a nominated courier (Grab, Lalamove, etc.) will get in touch with you upon delivery of your order.

Normal delivery time of orders is 3 to 5 working days upon receipt of order confirmation, subject to availability of items. Should there be an increase in the volume of orders, kindly expect a delay in delivery. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

In indicating the delivery location, kindly practice due diligence in ensuring that the delivery address is accurate and complete. Garden Barn, Inc. Housewares is not liable for any loss of item/s. We will do our best to cater to your requests, but please note that these are not guaranteed.

For bulky items that cannot be served by a motorcycle, there is an additional fee automatically applied upon checkout.



Returns

Our refund policy is valid for 7 days upon delivery of item, with proof of purchase from Garden Barn, Inc. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. Only damaged, faulty or defective items are eligible for a return.

Kindly send us pictures and/or videos of any damages or problems in the delivery of the item. We double check our packaging and products before handing it for delivery. If there are any problems, kindly send us an email at support@gardenbarninc.ph so we can address your concern.

Details of the pick-up shall be coordinated with you through email. Pick-up may be done by a nominated courier (Grab, Lalamove, etc.) or through Garden Barn, Inc. Housewares' Logistics Delivery team.


Refunds

For returns, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will also notify you if your return has been approved or rejected. Refund approval can take 2-3 working days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method through PayMongo. Please take note that it may take 24 hours to 30 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We discourage the cancellation of orders. However, in the event that you choose to cancel your order before we send your order out for delivery, you may contact Garden Barn, Inc. Housewares, and we will notify you of the next steps. Garden Barn, Inc. has the right to accept or refuse the refund request, based on reason. For accepted cancellation of orders, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method through PayMongo.


Exchanges & Repairs (if applicable)

We only replace faulty, defective, or damaged items. If you wish to exchange an item for the same item, kindly send us an email at support@gardenbarninc.ph with a photo of the official receipt and we will notify you of the next procedures.

Items with warranty (manufacturing defects), like Brabantia items and SCANPAN pans, are subject to checking by the Garden Barn, Inc. Housewares team. Items can be eligible for warranty claim if with Official Receipt presented and if the item is purchased in any of Garden Barn, Inc.'s partner stores in the Philippines. Kindly send us an email at support@gardenbarninc.ph with the issue and we will notify you of the next procedures.

  • Brabantia items have a 2, 3, 5, or 10-year warranty, depending on the item and subject to validation of issue. 
  • SCANPAN pots and pans have a 1-year (stainless steel) or 10-year (with nonstick coating; made in Denmark) warranty, subject to validation of issue.
    For nonstick pans:
    • The SCANPAN cooking surface is guaranteed not to peel, blister and crack. If properly prepared, cleaned and maintained, nonstick properties will not deteriorate over time.
    • The SCANPAN warranty does not cover damage or destruction caused by misuse, abuse, accident, overheating, alteration or commercial use.
    • The SCANPAN warranty does not cover stains, scratch and scuff marks, or dents.
    • The SCANPAN warranty does not include glass lids.
