Returns
Our return policy is valid for 7 days upon delivery of item, with proof of purchase from Garden Barn, Inc. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. Only damaged, faulty or defective items are eligible for a return.
Kindly send us pictures and/or videos of any damages or problems in the delivery of the item. We double check our packaging and products before handing it for delivery. If there are any problems, kindly send us an email at support@gardenbarninc.ph so we can address your concern.
Details of the pick-up shall be coordinated with you through email. Pick-up may be done by a nominated courier (Grab, Lalamove, etc.) or through Garden Barn, Inc. Housewares' Logistics Delivery team.
Refunds
We discourage the cancellation of orders. However, in the event that you choose to cancel your order before we send your order out for delivery, you may contact Garden Barn, Inc. Housewares, and we will notify you of the next steps. Garden Barn, Inc. has the right to accept or refuse the refund request, based on reason. For accepted cancellation of orders, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method through PayMongo. Refund approval can take 2-3 working days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method through PayMongo. Please take note that it may take 24 hours to 30 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
