Care Instructions:
- High-quality kitchen knives should always be washed by hand to maintain the blade’s sharpness in the long term. Washing them in the dishwasher can damage the cutting edge and corrode the delicate steel due to high temperatures, harsh detergents and mechanical stress. This causes the knife to lose its sharpness and quality more quickly.
- Clean your kitchen knives immediately after use with warm water, a mild washing-up liquid and a soft sponge. They should then be dried thoroughly to prevent water marks and potential corrosion. Please do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool, as these can damage the surface of the blade.
- Gentle hand washing and safe storage – for example, in a knife block or on a magnetic strip – contribute significantly to the longevity, cutting performance and quality of your kitchen knives.
