Inspired by the traditional Chinese Caidao, it delivers the functionality of a chef’s knife in a bold cleaver-style design without the heavy weight of a traditional meat cleaver.
Crafted in Japan from premium CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, the G-49 offers exceptional sharpness, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting edge retention. Its ultra-thin 2.2mm blade features GLOBAL’s signature 15-degree cutting edge for smooth, effortless slicing and precision cutting.
