Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns
Our refund policy is valid for 7 days upon receipt of item. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. Only damaged, faulty or defective items are eligible for a return.
Kindly send us pictures and/or videos of any damages or problems in the delivery of the item. We double check our packaging and products before handing it for delivery. If there are any problems, kindly send us an email at support@gardenbarninc.ph so we can address your concern.
Details of the pick-up shall be coordinated with you through email. Pick-up may be done by a nominated courier (Grab, Lalamove, Mr. Speedy, etc.) or through Garden Barn, Inc. Housewares' Logistics Delivery team.
Refunds
For returns, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will also notify you if your return has been approved or rejected.
Refund approval can take 2-3 working days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please take note that it takes 7-14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace faulty, defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange an item for the same item, kindly send us an email at support@gardenbarninc.ph and we will notify you of the next procedures.
